Mr. Josef Helpenstein

Focus on steel, metal and plant construction, environmental technology and conveyor technology

Mr. Dipl. Ing. Ulrich Helpenstein

joins the company

The new focus is the machining technology of complex workpieces on processing machines

1986

Dipl. Ing. Ulrich Helpenstein takes over the management after the death of the founder Josef Helpenstein

2001

Expansion of the company premises / construction of a production hall

with 1200 m² and crane capacities up to 32 tons

2008

Establishment of our own new training workshop and additional rooms for training and workshop organization

2011

Mr. Eduard Stoll

takes over the management of the production area

2015

Specialization in components of the oil and gas business

2019

Mr. Eduard Stoll is the new owner and managing director of the company from January 1st, 2019

Certification according to ISO 9001: 2015
